Trinity will be hosting CARITAS May 6-20. We are hosting the Family Focus Program, which provides shelter to mothers and fathers along with their children. Many of our Small Groups and Sunday School Classes will be providing dinner each night. Check with your Small Group or Class to find out how you can help with the meal they are providing.

If you have never helped with CARITAS before, consider helping in one of the following ways. We need people to wash laundry (personal or towels), people to help with the Saturday setup and cleanup days, and people to spend time with our guests after dinner. Families are invited to come and help any night to help serve a meal, help with homework, or be a friend to one of the CARITAS kids.

Volunteers are also needed to spend the night at the church from 8 PM to 6:30 AM. Responsibilities include turning the lights in Trinity Hall on and off, setting out the continental breakfast for the guests, taking out the trash the next morning, distribute the already prepared lunches in the morning, and generally watching over the church facility.

If you would like more information about how to get involved, visit the CARITAS table in the Connection Alley or for general information contact William Marriott at vangogh3000@aol.com or for information about volunteer contact Dan Nichols at 360-3896. Sign up to help by Sunday, April 30 so final preparations can be made.
